Payment Information

The treatment plans provided to our patients are designed to achieve optimal oral health. We understand dental treatments can be expensive and will work with you to come up with a finance plan if you are without dental insurance.


As part of our efforts to make your dental treatment experience stress-free, we strive to provide payment options that suit your needs. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or debit at the time of your appointment. We do not accept cheques.

We want you to be able to receive the dental treatment you require to reach optimum dental health. With this in mind, financing is available based on your financial situation and the cost of your treatment. Please ask Nadia, our Treatment Co-ordinator for more information regarding your financial options. She will work with you to create a payment schedule to suit your budget.


If you have dental insurance, we can assist you in electronically processing your insurance claim immediately. You will, however, be expected to pay for your first appointment as it takes up to two weeks to organize the assignment of your benefits. From there we can arrange to have payments made from your provider directly to our office. You will be responsible to pay any fees not covered by your insurance company.

Keep in mind that you are responsible to pay any fees not covered by your insurance. In some cases, a credit card number will be kept on file to be used with your authorization to cover outstanding balances.

All payments are due in full within 60 days of the date of service, whether your insurance benefits have been received or not. We will send you an invoice if we have not received full payment from your insurance company on the 60th day following our submission. Receipt of this invoice will also indicate you will have to follow up with your insurance company to arrange for payment.

You can choose to deal directly with your insurance provider. However, payment will be due in full the day of your treatment and your insurance company will then provide you with payment for the fees covered. We will still gladly assist you with your claim by submitting it electronically to save you time.

Seniors Discount

We want to ensure our senior patients receive the dental treatment required to help you maintain overall health and wellness. To assist in making your dental treatment more affordable we are happy to offer a 10% discount off the proposed current ODA fee guide for all seniors over the age of 68.
